Due to the nature of digital products, Plan your gow cannot issue a refund once the files have been accessed and downloaded. Situations that meet a certain criteria such as duplicate orders will be granted a refund. Nothing contained herein shall be interpreted or construed as approving a refund or an obligation to refund an order by plan your grow.
